How Do I Claim Rewards?

To claim rewards, you need to reach a new rank (e.g., Silver 1, Gold 1) and then go to your VIP panel to claim your automated level-up bonus, reload, and recent play bonus.

You can claim the following rewards when you level up to each rank:

Silver 1: Up to $25 (VIP bonus + reload & recent play)
Gold 1: Up to $210 (VIP bonus + reload & recent play)
Platinum 1: Up to $720 (VIP bonus + reload & recent play)
Jade 1: Up to $1,500 (VIP bonus + reload & recent play)
Sapphire 1: Up to $900 (VIP bonus + personalised bonus from VIP hosts)

You can claim reloads approximately every 24 hours, and recent play bonuses are given each time you rank up.

This promotion is only running until the 14th of April, so it’s advised that you level up as fast as you can to claim as many boosted rewards as possible.
